Lease Information

Lease terms:

Leases are available from 1 to 5 years, with renewal options.

Deposits:

One month security and one month advance rent.

Electric:

Electric is individually metered.

Heat:

Heat is a shared expense based upon square footage.

Rental amount:

Base rental amount includes insurance and taxes. Any tax and insurance increases will be billed yearly in accordance with your rented allocated square footage.

Commons charges:

Commons charges are a shared expense. Commons charges include maintenance in commons areas (commons area restrooms, hallways, snow removal, exterior maintenance including lawn mowing and the parking lot maintenance).

Parking:

Parking is ample with no overnight parking allowed.
